PACRA 2025 ANNUAL REPORT

The Patents and Companies Registration Agency is pleased to present to the public the PACRA 2025 Annual Report.

The Report provides a comprehensive account of the Agency’s performance, strategic progress, governance, stakeholder engagements, law reforms, digital transformation initiatives, and audited financial statements for the year ended 31st December 2025.

During the year under review, PACRA continued to deliver on its mandate by supporting business formalisation, intellectual property protection, collateral registry services, compliance, and customer-centred service delivery.
