PACRA CLIENT SERVICE CHARTER

The Patents and Companies Registration Agency is pleased to share the PACRA Client Service Charter with members of the public and all stakeholders.

The Charter outlines PACRA’s commitment to efficient, transparent, accountable, and customer-centred service delivery in business registration, intellectual property registration, collateral registry services, insolvency practitioner accreditation, and post-registration services.

It also provides information on the standards of service clients should expect, client rights and obligations, and the available channels for submitting complaints, compliments, and suggestions.

Stakeholders are encouraged to review the Charter to better understand PACRA’s service commitments and how to access support through our offices, Call Centre 5111, email, website, and social media platforms.
