NEW ON PACRA WEBSITE: LEGAL NOTICES AND INSOLVENCY PRACTITIONERS

The Patents and Companies Registration Agency (PACRA) is pleased to announce the launch of two new features on the PACRA website designed to improve public access to statutory information.

1. Legal Notices

The Legal Notices is a centralised, digital platform for all statutory publication requirements, offering:

• Multiple notice types — browse pre-deregistration, deregistration, liquidation appointments, receiver appointments, cessation of receivership, and cessation of liquidation notices in one place.
• Search and filter — quickly locate a specific notice using the built-in search and filter tools.
• Archived notices — access historical notices through the notice archive for reference and compliance purposes.
• Updated daily — the notices page is refreshed every day to reflect the latest notices.

2. Insolvency Practitioners Register

The Insolvency Practitioners Register is the official online directory of all PACRA-accredited insolvency practitioners, featuring:

• Sortable directory — sort practitioners by name or expiry date of accreditation.
• Updated daily — the register is refreshed every day to reflect the latest accreditations, renewals, and decommissions.

Members of the public, legal professionals, creditors, and business owners are encouraged to make use of these platforms.
